Internet Radio in trouble

A bill is being proposed that is out to regulate internet radio. Right now college stations and other internet only stations have served niche audiences without any regulation really. If this new bill is passed it will wipe out most college stations and a lot of other internet radio stations because the stations would have to buy high priced equipment they can't afford.
