Smartpunk.com has announced a contest where the fans decided who will open on the Smartpunk Stage for this years Wapred Tour. The contest is based off of fan votes, cd sales, and digital download sales. The top 7 bands will win a 2 to 5 day opening slot on the Smartpunk Stage.
